It is a quick growing climber popular for its ever present blooms. It is native to Tropical America and named in Honour of Victor Jacquemont, a French Naturalist. It is a handsome medium to light growing climber with violet colour flowers.
Use: It is used in trellis or chain link fencing. It also attracts butterflies and bees. It is useful in neat screening in sun and semi shade.
Height:4 to 6 meters.
Difficulty to grow:Easy to grow
Care: This plant required fertile well drained soil. Plants need thorough cleaning of dry shoots after the blooms are over. If planting along a fence - plant at 3 to 4 feet distance.

Water:Normal, Can tolerate more
Fertilizer:Apply any organic fertilizers.
