English Name: Song of India

Dracaena reflexa is a tropical shrub or small tree that is native to Madagascar, Mauritius and some additional nearby islands in the Indian Ocean. Container plants usually have multiple stems. Species plants have dark green narrow-lanceolate to elliptic leaves (to 4-6" long) with parallel veins. Leaves are spirally arranged in whorls. Lower leaves will die off over time, revealing interesting stems. Variegata' has deep green leaves with yellow-lime green margins when young, maturing over time to a lighter green with creamy margins.

Use:The plant is used for an ornamental purpose.

Height:Up to 6 to 15 feet

Difficulty to grow:Easy to grow.

Care: Remove dead, infected or damaged plant parts and discard them away from the plants. For any insect attack or disease, you can use Neem oil, Eucalyptus oil or Citrus oil spray for primary treatment.
